period, we develop personas and use cases for the new
website to understand the mission and needs of users.

Then, just like a blueprint for a house, we create
wireframes of the information architecture of the site.
We create a sitemap of the content hierarchy and the
pages to be created. We also determine the number
of templates required to make the site.

We meet with you to discuss and refine these
items and then write a complete interactive design
requirements document to ensure the web
development team has a clear definition of
all elements of the website.
